受体酪氨酸激酶抗体芯片
蛋白磷酸化在细胞信号传导、发育与生长过程发挥着重要作用。RayBiotech磷酸化抗体芯片为RTK人类受体酪氨酸激酶磷酸化抗体芯片。
RayBiotech研发了一系列磷酸化抗体芯片,其中第一个产品是RayBio®人类受体酪氨酸激酶磷酸化抗体芯片1。它特异设计为检测细胞裂解物中71种不同人类受体酪氨酸激酶(RTKs)的磷酸化相对水平,通过监测实验模型系统中的蛋白酪氨酸磷酸化变化,便能快速检测到细胞中的途径激活作用,而不需要经过繁琐的免疫沉淀法与Western Blot。
