标记法芯片是RayBiotech的L-系列芯片,L-系列芯片只需要一个捕获蛋白,它用生物素标记样品来代替标记检测抗体。这种模式可以检测那些没有合适的抗体对来建立双抗体夹心法检测的分析物。因为溶液中没有自由的检测抗体与其他抗体相互作用产生干扰,那么基于抗体相互作用产生的交叉反应就可以避免,所以引入新的抗体到标记芯片上比较容易,一个芯片上可以有几百个甚至几千个抗体。标记法芯片非常适合于大批量的筛选试验,但是相对于夹心法芯片其CV较高,特异性较低。
