TCGA数据分析（二）：差异基因和生存曲线

今天再讲讲另一数据库，分析差异基因和生存曲线。

1、差异基因主界面如下：

点击Plot，结果如下：差异基因在染色体上的分布

点击list，结果如下：差异基因列表

2、分析生存曲线：输入感兴趣的基因名称和选择疾病类型
